Water you can hear but can't see. Hidden leaks, wet drywall, slab leaks. We find it before we open the floor.
Sump pumps
Sump pumps installed and replaced. If the pit's full or the pump's dead, we put in one that actually keeps up.
No hot water
Tank or tankless — we'll tell you which one fits this house.
Tankless isn't always the better choice. It depends on your gas line, how much hot water you use, and the bill you want to pay. We install both, repair both, and haul the old one.
Drains
Slow drains, slab leaks, lines under the house.
Multiple backups usually means the main line, not the trap under the sink. We camera the line when we need to see it. For leaks under the slab we find them first — then repair with as little concrete as the job allows.
